Perfect for couples who want a completely hands-free experience, this package includes comprehensive planning, design, vendor coordination, timeline management, and day-of execution. We’ll guide you through every decision and bring your vision to life with intention and grace.
Partial Planning – $3,500
You’ve made some progress — we’ll take it from here. This package is ideal for couples who have secured a few vendors but need help pulling the pieces together. We’ll step in to help manage logistics, fill in gaps, refine the design, and ensure nothing is overlooked.
Month-of-Coordination – $1,800
Enjoy your big day — we’ll handle the rest. You’ve done the planning, now let us take over. Starting 4 weeks before your wedding, we’ll create your timeline, confirm vendors, and manage everything on the day itself so you and your loved ones can relax and celebrate.
Custom Packages – from $1,000

Decor and Decorating
Your dream wedding starts with a conversation. At Queen Hollidae, our décor consultation is a collaborative, creative experience designed to bring your vision to life. During your consultation, we’ll take the time to get to know your personal style, event goals, and must-have details — from color palettes and floral inspiration to venue layout and mood boards. Whether you’re drawn to timeless elegance, modern minimalism, or romantic boho charm.
We’ll guide you through our curated collection of rentals and design options, helping you select pieces that reflect your unique taste and elevate your event. We’ll discuss: Your wedding theme, color scheme, and overall vision, must-have décor elements (arches, tablescapes, lounge setups, etc.), venue layout & logistics, custom styling ideas and inspiration. We’ll discuss budget and timeline considerations.
By the end of your consultation, you’ll have clear direction, and a customized proposal tailored just for you — including rental recommendations, design concepts, and optional setup and styling services.

Whether you’re planning a romantic wedding dinner, an elegant cocktail hour, or a joyful celebration with bold flavors, we’ll work with you to craft a menu that’s thoughtful, flavorful, and perfectly you.
During your consultation, we’ll discuss: your personal food preferences (likes, dislikes, must-haves), dietary restrictions or special requests, cultural or family traditions you’d like reflected in the menu, event style (formal dinner, buffet, family-style, passed hors d’oeuvres, etc.), seasonal ingredients and locally inspired options, beverage pairings or signature cocktails (if applicable).
