I truthfully can't speak highly enough about my experience hiring Queen Hollidae to handle the catering at our Holiday Fundraising Event. To start Chanel was a delight to plan out our menu, so incredibly accommodating for our vibes and budget. Then the day of the event she even arrived early to make sure there was plenty of time to get things set right and warmed ready to serve. She went the extra mile with quantity and quality of the food prep right down to color coordinating the serving utensils with our theme, way above and beyond any of the details we discussed. We received numerous compliments regarding how delicious the food was throughout and even after the event. Our nearly 50 guests absolutely cleaned their plates, in fact I don't think we've ever had an event where half eaten plates were getting thrown away, but not this one, the pulled pork sliders, and bacon wrapped lil smokies disappeared almost immediately, and by the end of the evening there was only a couple Tupperwares of the Mac-n-Cheese and Cajun Chicken Alfredo leftover for us to savor again the following day. The Key Lime Pie was the cherry on top that I'll continue to dream of in my sleep. I have attended numerous catered events and the food is always so bland, unexciting, lacks creativity, and commonly not cooked right either being overcooked and dry, or mushy, and they all lack enough salt, seasoning, and spice to bring out any flavor. None of this was the case with Queen Hollidae, the cooking was spot on with the chicken being moist, the pasta being al dente, and the spices being spot on.
